Saying, that i personally was exited to see 300 in theaters. i saw it opening day at imax in city walk, surprisingly i saw Seth rogan their, at the time, i just knew him as the guy from the 40 year old virgin. Ok, when i walked out, i dident feel like it was a great movie, im not saying it was terrible, but it was not good, or great. I have to draw the line somewhere, with all the quotes people are coming out of the theaters saying, and an over hyped movie at that, i can care less for something like this. This movie has seemed to get outa hand, and if their is something that is overrated, well, its this movie. I have a co-worker that for the last year and a half has been reciting lines from the movie like it came out 10 minutes ago. It was an ok movie, but now 300 has turned into this marketing monster that soon may take over the western hemisphere if not kept on check. This is ludicrous!! Gosh Darnit, i will vote for obama if it means no more talk about 300. R.I.P 300, you where never like brave heart, no more than paris hilton being a vegetarian,or lil wayne actually playing the guitar... |

Hehe...I already have the 2-Disc 300 DVD at home...but I guess temptation and that uber-cool artwork will drive me to spend some savings on this edition as well. *sigh*. gotta go against the flow here, i loved 300, it was visually stunning, and a blu-ray version of this, with the "bladerunner" treatment (a top notch dvd package) is a must for the collector.
sell your old one, if youre a true film buff, this is the one to own.
